What You’ll Do:

• Training on NetSuite platform

• Support customers in standard NetSuite functionalities.

• Handle tasks related to internal projects such as Localizations or Netmint connectors

• Testing on standard and basic NetSuite functionalities in both internal and customer environments

• Create or update process and customer facing documents such as user manuals, providing basic trainings, UAT, etc.

• Follow the best practices and standard procedures in HRC

• Take ownership of complex commitments not only regarding customer projects, but also showing iniciative on internal issues.

• Study, understand, and Implement NetSuite advanced modules, their features and complete training in at least 4 of them.

• Lead client meetings and effectively communicate functional concepts to stakeholders with poor Netsuite background.

• Contribute to support projects and E2E implementations. (Data Migration, setup modules, train customers, document & design processes, test custom solutions and integrations, deploy custom solutions, perform health check and discovery, help with finanacials and inventory reports, among other topics).

• Proactively identify projects potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.

Qualifications:

• Advanced or Completed the degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles, and/or;

• 2+ years of experience in consulting or similar roles

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Assertive communication skills.

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems, with a strong preference for NetSuite expertise.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace & Drive

• Advanced english

• Proactivity

• Experience with ERP systems, particularly in a consulting or technical development role.
