We Brought NetSuite Into HR—And We’d Do It Again
From recruitment to onboarding, offboarding, and employee records, we streamlined the experience, saved time, reduced the risk of error, and gained something even more valuable: the ability to focus on what’s important.
Here’s what we discovered when we brought HR into NetSuite.
Content:
1. Massive Candidate Uploads + Screening Emails = 75% Time Saved
At first, I thought sending screening emails or creating candidate profiles took just a few minutes, exactly 2 minutes.
Multiply that by hundreds or thousands per quarter, and you’ve got hours of repetitive work.
Now, with massive uploads and screening templates personalized for massive communications by role, it’s a completely different story.
Registering 100 candidates used to take over 3 hours.
Today, it takes me about 30 minutes.
That’s a 75% reduction in operational time.
So, for me as an HR manager, you can imagine how relieved I felt when I saw all the saved time for me to create high cultural value activities and programs for our Hoodies.
2. A Clearer View of Every Candidate
All candidate information now lives in a single, clean record; no more spreadsheets or emails.
I can instantly see:
Current status in the process
Interview feedback
Related documents or notes
Also, thanks to our dashboards, those KPIs help me prioritize actions and make strategic decisions. Better visibility = better outcomes. For the team, for candidates, and for planning.
Conclusion
A More Scalable Way to Work in HR
With everything in one platform, from recruitment pipelines to internal employee & candidate lifecycle processes in NetSuite, it’s not just possible, it’s marvelous.
The HR team works with greater precision and much more freedom to focus on the things that matter: improving our culture, building meaningful programs, and being present for the team.
As we continue to grow, this structure ensures we’re ready to scale without adding unnecessary complexity; even better, we are reducing extra work.
The impact wasn’t just in hours saved; it’s in the space it gave me to aim higher and better.
